Dryer

Dryer in asphalt plants dehumidifies and increases the temperature of aggregate material. Usually the temperature of aggregate materials in the dryer reaches approximately to 150 – 160 centigrade degrees.

Filtering & Emission Control System
Four electro motors drive dryer; the motors power varies according to plant capacity
Isolated with rock wool and aluminum sheets to decrease heat lost
Inside flights are used for maximizing heat transfer to aggregate material
Temperature sensor continuously checks discharged hot material temperature
