Electrical Panels
Panels are designed completely inside the factory according to related standards and manufactured based on high protection. All the electrical elements such as contactors, thermal contacts, relays and switches are selected from the best quality. All the wires and cables are tagged for easy tracing.
Monitoring System
Monitoring system has a user friendly graphical user interface. Production diagram display all sub systems schematic such as hot aggregates silo, bag filter, elevator and diagram shows asphalt temperature, material flow, switch conditions, weights and important parameters. Most of the key parameters and production procedures are demonstrated on monitoring system.
All the production procedures and sub systems are controllable manually or automatically based on control procedure on monitoring system.
Monitoring system equipped with defined alarm and fault detection system. The alarm system covers all hazard situations and fault detection system identifies fault of critical elements of system.
